1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation, email us at masalamehta@gmail.com.

2. No Cancellations After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed as we deal with consumable food products.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only if:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product upon delivery
• Missing items
• Package lost in transit

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Opened or used products
• Taste preferences
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Courier delays

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
